Shot Glass Marinade

Ingredients

required tools: 1 shot glass
2 shots Conch Turbo Original Recipe Sauce
2 shots white wine vinegar
1½ shots white wine
1 shot Worcestershire sauce
3 shots lemon juice
½ shot crushed garlic
½ shot olive oil
1 shot grain alcohol (or your favorite rum)
½ shot crushed red pepper, salt, black pepper (equal parts)

Preparation

Try this to spice up your chicken, wings, or beef prior to grilling. Marinate 2 - 3 hours prior to cooking. For added zip, barbeque your marinated meats with Conch Turbo Sauce...A great recipe for the boat or the back yard!

 

 

Bimini Mike's Conch Turbo Salsa

Ingredients

4 fresh tomatoes
2 hot peppers
1 red bell pepper
2 green onions
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Conch Turbo Original Recipe Sauce
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic
2 tsb. lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a food processor, blend, chill, and enjoy!

Conch Turbo Bloody Mary

Ingredients

4 cups V-8 juice (or 8 oz. cans)
½ shot lime juice
2 tbs. horse radish
2 shots Conch Turbo Original Recipe Sauce
4 shots Vodka (we like Absolute Citron)
1 shake of black pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 celery sticks split in two (so you get 4 thin pieces)

Preparation

Combine ingredients together and shake well. Serve over ice and garnish with celery. Option: rim the glasses with celery salt and hang a peeled cooked shrimp on the rim (this be the conch way, Mon!). Serves 4

Bimini Mike's Bahamian Chowder

Ingredients

2 tsb. butter
2 medium onions
3 stalks celery
3 cloves garlic minced
½cup chopped parsley
1 can peeled tomatoes
6 large fresh tomatoes (quartered)
1 cup white wine
1 cup water
2 red bell pepper
3 bay leaves
1tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano or 3 chopped leaves of fresh Cuban oregano
¼ cup Conch Turbo Original Recipe Sauce
4-6 yellow tail fillets depending on size
½ lb. shelled and deveined shrimp
2 lobster tails shelled and chopped into 1" pieces (optional)
¼ cup olive oil
2 hot peppers (use your favorite, mine is the TI pepper)

Preparation

Heat butter in large sauce pan or Dutch oven. Sauté onion, celery, red pepper, garlic, and hot pepper until tender. Add all other ingredients except seafood. Bring to boil, cover, then simmer 30 min. Add seafood and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
